SECTION 1 — WELCOME TO THE QUEST

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of

LifeSkills Quest, including our mobile application, website, and

all related services (collectively, the "App"). By tapping "Start

Adventure," creating an account, or otherwise using the App, you

agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and

LifeSkills Quest Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

LifeSkills Quest is designed for users of all ages. However:

- Users under 13 years old must have a parent or guardian create

and manage their account.

- Users aged 13–17 must have parental consent before creating an

account.

- By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is

accurate and up to date.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your

account credentials.

- You may not share your account with others or create accounts

for the purpose of abuse or manipulation.

Parents & Guardians: We take child safety seriously. Family

accounts include parental controls and progress visibility. You

can manage these in the Settings section of the App.

SECTION 3 — THE APP & YOUR LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a

personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to

access and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial

purposes.

You agree not to:

- Copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the App without our

written permission.

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's

source code.

- Use the App to build a competing product or service.

- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the App.

- Interfere with the App's security, integrity, or performance.

SECTION 4 — QUESTS, SKILLS & CONTENT

LifeSkills Quest provides interactive educational content,

challenges ("Quests"), skill-building modules, and goal-tracking

tools. This content is provided for informational and educational

purposes only.

- Content is not a substitute for professional advice (financial,

legal, medical, etc.).

- We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee outcomes from

completing any Quest or Skill.

- Content may change, be updated, or be removed at any time

without prior notice.

- Some Quests may require completion of prerequisite content

before unlocking.

SECTION 5 — PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some features of LifeSkills Quest may require payment. If you

make a purchase:

- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated.

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours

before the renewal date.

- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's app

store account settings.

- Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of your

respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

- We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice to

subscribers.

Free Trial: If you begin a free trial, you will be charged at the

end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

SECTION 6 — USER CONDUCT

You agree to use LifeSkills Quest responsibly. The following are

strictly prohibited:

- Posting or transmitting any content that is harmful, hateful,

or abusive.

- Impersonating any person, entity, or LifeSkills Quest staff.

- Attempting to manipulate leaderboards, points, or achievement

systems unfairly.

- Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users.

- Using the App for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that

violate these standards.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the App — including text, graphics, icons,

quest designs, logos, and software — is the intellectual property

of LifeSkills Quest Inc. or its licensors and is protected by

applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any portion of

our content without express written consent.

SECTION 8 — DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties

of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App

will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeSkills Quest Inc.

shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or

consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of

the App.

SECTION 9 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will

revise the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes,

notify you via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the App

after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the

revised Terms.

SECTION 10 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware,

United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any

disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal

courts located in Delaware.

including children. We take our obligations under the Children's

Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws seriously.

- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children

activity and progress.

- Parental controls allow guardians to manage notifications, data

sharing, and account settings.

needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will

delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except

where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including

encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, regular security

secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SECTION 8 — COOKIES & TRACKING

the App from outside the U.S., your information may be

laws may differ from your jurisdiction. By using the App, you

consent to this transfer.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom,

we process your data under applicable legal bases including

contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent.

SECTION 10 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

through in-app notifications or email at least 14 days before the
